Ingredients:
350 gr. of spaghetti (better if made with BIG MAMA)
2 zucchini
100 gr. of bacon
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese to taste
Extravirgin olive oil to taste
Salt and chili pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cut your zucchini in cubes and brown them for a few minutes in olive oil. Add a pinch of salt.
Add bacon cutted in small cubes and brown it. Add some chili pepper to taste.

Boil the spaghetti in abundant hot salted water.
In the meanwhile, mix the eggs with parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt.
Drain your spaghetti, saving some cooking water. Add zucchini, bacon and eggs, cream your salsa and serve immediately.
